Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items that are unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging are eligible for a return.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Personalised docking station
- Customized docking station
We will contact you once your return has been received and inspected to notify you if your package has been accepted for a return/exchange. Once approved, your refund will be processed and your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is missing parts or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned not in original packaging.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

We do not cover return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
